1)  Go to BAA web site
2)  Login (top RHS of screen) - enter username and password
3)  Go to Members
4)  Then to Downloads
5)  Scroll down to Sections
6)  Then scroll to Deep Sky Section

And there you will find it, along with previous Newsletters.
