Aurora Alert
A coronal hole has started to impact earth from 08:00UT 1st March 2017.
The field is unstable both positive and negative however the wind speed has increased to over 600kps.
It may only affect Northern Scotland but it could go further if the field swings negative. Keep a look on http://www.shetland.org/60n/ webcams/cliff-cam-3 as it goes dark.
