[ Obvious motion checked over a 15-min period. Field stars
checked in DSS. Altitude: 24 deg. Zodiacal light.
Sidgwick method. Tycho-2 comparison stars. SQM : 21.0.].

C/2016 R2 (PANSTARRS):
2017 Oct. 3.20 UT: m1=13.2, Dia.=1.1', DC=3, 20 cm SCT (133x).
[ Field stars checked in DSS. Sidgwick method.
APASS comparison stars. SQM : 21.0.].

C/2017 O1 (ASASSN):
2017 Oct. 3.19 UT: m1=8.1, Dia.=11', DC=3, 0x50B.
[ Sidgwick method. Tycho-2 comparison stars. SQM : 21.2.].
