KEPLER LEAVES EARTH TO DISCOVER NEW WORLDS

NASA's Kepler planet-finder began its mission to discover Earth-like
worlds orbiting other stars in the galaxy Friday night, successfully
launching at 10:49:57 p.m. EST aboard a Delta 2 rocket from Cape
Canaveral.
