2015-Feb-28

It's now only 1 week away from the Deep Sky Section Meeting in
Cheltenham on March 7th.

If you have not let me know you are intending to attend, and now
intend to, please let me know by emailing deepsky@britastro.org
(I have acknowledged all emails, so if you have not had a reply please
let me know again).

This is mainly to help with catering numbers, so we can ensure there
will be enough food for all. And also to cater for anyone with special
dietary requirements.

Check the meeting page at http://britastro.org/dss2015 for latest
updates and venue location map.

All welcome. Entrance will £10.00 for BAA Members, members of
affiliated societies, and members of Cotswold AS. And £15.00 for
non-members. Price includes lunch and refreshments. Doors will open at
9:30 and the programme will finish around 17:30.

Members are also welcome to bring material for display - there are a
number of boards available at the venue if you wish to display
pictures or posters.

Director
