Hello to the group,

Here are my comet observations made yesterday.

C/2016 M1 (PanSTARRS)

2017. Nov. 14.70 UT: m1=13.7, d=0.6', DC=d4-5, 0.40-m reflecting telescope
(f/4.4), 360x, comet is easy to see, round, with disk-like condensation. 32
deg above horizon, nelm=5.0.

C/2016 N6 (PanSTARRS)

2017. Nov. 14.71 UT: m1=14.3, d=0.4', DC=3-4, 0.40-m reflecting telescope
(f/4.4), 360x, comet was seen well, round, with some condensation. 27 deg
above horizon, nelm=4.5-5.0.

C/2016 N4 (MASTER)

2017. Nov. 14.73 UT: m1=14.8, d=0.35' (20"), DC=0-1, 0.40-m reflecting
telescope (f/4.4), 360x, comet is very dim but obvious, round, without
condensation. 64 deg above horizon, nelm=5.6.

C/2015 V1 (PanSTARRS)

2017. Nov. 14.88 UT: NEGATIVE m1={15, d=20", 0.40-m reflecting telescope
(f/4.4), 360x, comet was not seen, fainter than 15 magnitudes with 20"
diameter. 50 deg above horizon, nelm=5.0-5.2.

C/2015 ER61 (PanSTARRS)

2017. Nov. 14.90 UT: m1=14.3, d=0.6-0.7', DC=0, 0.40-m reflecting telescope
(f/4.4), 360x, comet was seen well, round, without condensation. 59 deg
above horizon, nelm=5.5.

Location: Göd, Hungary, suburban sky, little haze (nelm at the
zenith=5.6-5,7).

Best regards,
Gabor Santa
